Mature technology and high-quality water production: EDI products were commercially introduced in the 1970s and have over four decades of development history. They were initially used in the ultrapure water desalination process in the electronic semiconductor industry and have gradually been extended to pure water processes in other industries.
High degree of system integration and stable operation: BDI is a modular skid-mounted system that is compact and highly integrated, with high automation, minimal maintenance, and small footprint. Each module has a large water production capacity, driven by direct current to produce high-quality water. The water quality is stable, and the operation only requires electricity consumption, ensuring long-term stable operation and meeting the quality requirements for desalted water.
Excellent desalination capability, simple and convenient operation, and energy efficiency: EDI operation does not require the consumption of chemicals such as acids and alkalis, eliminating the need for space and facilities for acid-alkali wastewater treatment. Operation only involves electricity costs, resulting in low overall system costs. It also has excellent desilication performance, with an average SiO2 removal rate of over 97%.
